HEY HOOP FAM! I am offering private skype lessons and would love to connect and hoop with you!

Little bit about myself: I started hooping in 2009 and have been teaching hoop workshops since 2011, I'm an Improvisational Hoop DANCER and love the contact / no grip realm of manipulation. I was voted hooping.org's Male Hooper of the year in 2013 :) I grew up and in competitive Tumbling, Trampoline and Diving and I have recently fallen in love with freestyle inline skating (Slalom Skating) if anyone want to learn that too (I have no skate fwends...please be my fwend...) , and I currently live In Trinidad, Colorado.

Take a specific workshop or select certain skills to create your own workshop hour :

-On Body Hooping Skills
(Shoulder hooping, angles, barrel rolls, paddles, breaks)

-Off Body Coin Foundations
(Introduction to off body Coin flips and spins, throws, tosses)

-Contact COINS!!
(introduction to the Contact Coin Realm, coin rolls, coin circuits)

-Intro to Contact Technique
(body wraps, Escalators, tosses, wedgies, circuits, folding,)

-Contact Technique LV 2
(NO GRIP MANIPULATION, body wraps, escalators, wedgies, circuits, balance)

-Dance Technique
(MOVEMENT, footwork, spins, posture, body chains, hoop tracing, creative movement)

-Body Rolling
(Rolls, Releases, body contact, catches and advanced rolls)

-Ground Work
(Getting to the floor with your hoop smoothly and things to do when you get there)

-Jump Throughs and Acro Hooping
(Jump through variations and cartwheels, butterfly kicks)

-Head Hooping!!!!!!!!!
(Heading hooping foundations, freeing up the body, head stalls, creative tracing, footwork)

-Duck Ins and Duck outs
(Transitions to and from on and off body)

Mix or match any material you want to create your own workshop! Let me know if there is any specific move or trick you might want to learn and work on. Get help/advice with routines or choreography. Whatever you need to expand your hooping practice - its your hour with me :)
